Wellness and goals

Wellness!
For sure, it'a word I prefer to Fitness, even if the latter is more known than the first one.
Here, anyway, I'll discuss about Fitness and feeling confortable to yourself, thanks to training, clean eating, interior peace and various cuddles. Something that in one word, I call Wellness.
Who am I? I'm not an expert, nor a trainer, nor I'm here for advertising something/someone.
I'm university student, passionate (among other topics) about being-in-shape, health and...good living!

My targets? Progress? Ideas and strategies? I think I'm going to write about them time after time. I started this new blog with the new year coming, but it isn't for the TV battle saying “you have to drop pounds after Xmas!”: the point is that the english motto “New year, new you” gave me the final push.

My measurable target on the scale is just to drop 2 kilos (I'm Italian, so I use this notation...let's say less than 4.5 pounds). But what is a nice body? I'm totally not a pro-ana. I mean nice body = healthy body. In my personal opinion, a stunning physique is a neat and athletic body. I believe that a woman shouldn't let her shape go towards bones nor she should neglect exercise and clean eating, living in boredom and lazyiness at home or in the office, if she can.
I like well defined muscles, not the blown up ones. So, I'll try to combine my gigs and my extrafitness passions (yes, I have many!) to reach this final target, including dropping a good body-fat percentage and increasing the muscular one (toned and well defined, that's the top)
I hope that to write them down, will help me to hit my targets, and maybe will give a surplus of motivation to achieve new goals, besides linking me to other people who want to know my strategies and/or share their own commitment!
